Having Fun With Outhouses and Jailhouses
“Outhouses and other public structures were made during the Great Depression through the Work Progress Administration (WPA) established in 1935. This exhibit displays a “bare bones” worker inside. Hear Gil share the story of how the jailhouse came to the Museum and what the noose is all about.
